The car kit TomTom officially compatible with the 3GS iPhone and iPhone 3G seems also compatible with the iPhone Edge (the first iPhone). Indeed iFun.de was tested and it works. Better GPS chip included in the kit tomtom works perfectly with other programs like google map or Navigon:

For Rapel, the kit costs € 99.95 on the apple store and do not include the TomTom application.
