PhotoSpeak is a new application extremely funny, able to animate the photos and drawings, making them sensitive to movements but especially your voice.
You can then record a message and to repeat to the iPhone. The lips of the person portrayed on the screen moves automatically
The operation is very simple and is based on the online service e MotionPortrait.
The photos are uploaded to a server to recognize faces and identify lips moving.
The video below, although in Japanese, will give you an idea of how this application.
