Pakage: cydia for a future third party applications
Pakage is the name of the next like cydia (icy no longer exists, may be going to replace it? ").

Blackra1n RC2 is available
The RC2 version of Blackra1n is now available. It should help those who have some problems:
- Improved support for the iPhone 3G.
- Jailbreak "tethered" to the iPod Touch 2 MC & 3GS
- From here the bug is fixed.

Apple blocks the fault of the jailbreak on new models
While blackra1n and PwnageTool (the latest version 3.1.4) allow the last jailbreak firmware 3.1.2, Apple did not hear it that way. Indeed, the latest models sold, the company has filled the crack used since the beginning in order to prevent the jailbreak. In summary, the iPhone sold last week are no longer "jailbreak" ...

blackra1n windows is available (jailbreak iPhone)
blackra1n is available for windows on the site geohot blackra1n.com! blackra1n can only jailbreak yet. Normally it works with all iPhones (3G and 3GS) and the latest firmware (3.1 - 3.1.2 ...).
As expected the procedure is very easy:
- Connect the iPhone (and Start Itunes)
- Start blackra1n
- Click the only button blackra1n
- Drinking his coffee / beer / pee ... etc.
- And voila reboot the iphone ...
- Launch the application "blackra1n" now present on the springboard
- Choose your favorite install (I recommend cydia and icy) and wait until the download finishes
- Your iPhone is jailbroken
